Introduction

Prerequisites

- Completed Course 2279, Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 Active Directory® Infrastructure, or have equivalent knowledge
Course Outline
Module 1: Preparing for Systems Management Server 2003
In this module, you will learn how to describe a business case for installing Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 in your organization. In order to create this business case, you will learn the steps involved in the SMS planning and deployment process.
You will begin by analyzing your current environment before planning the deployment.
